We are a team of budding entrepreneurs who are committed toward women empowerment through social entrepreneurship model.  The founders are professionals with more than 100+ years of collective experience in fields of Human Resource, Consulting, Defense (Army), Technology, Transport and Education. The diverse background of founders is further augmented by industry experts, women counselors and NGOs who are actively involved in the initiative.

Our start up is yet to be launched and we are creating the required workforce to go operational. The minimum salary which we intent to pay to a driver is anywhere between 12-15 K per month( Could be even more depending on their driving skills). The girls coming from outside would be provided a transit stay facility on nominal cost. As we intend to create job opportunities for under privileged girls, we would like to even enroll girls who are willing to become drivers. The driving training, soft skills, self defense and communication training will be provided free of cost by us. 

We are in a process of launching women driven cabs services for the women commuters in Bangalore under phase -I of our project.  Our women drivers are mainly from the underprivileged background and some have even witnessed more challenging and difficult times in their life. While we are working to uplift their economic status and bring them in the main stream of society on their own feet. 

This small step can make a change in the life of underprivileged girls.
