As on organization, Dastaan is Administered in a clearly defined structure at various levels and throughout the divisions so as to achieve maximum efficiency.

The Governing Board and the Elite Advisory Council consisting of learned eminent representatives work in coherence with the Executive Chairman (the Ex-officio Head and the Chief Executive of the Board and the underlying Councils) closely framing strategies for the next step.

The strategies are administered by the Executive Committee consisting of Chief Operating Officer or the Chief Functional Officer and allied responsibilities for effective implementation.

The Facilitation Council is the elite team of Academicians, Researchers and Scholars with exceptional experience in their fields (Professors, Philosophers, etc.) specifically formulated to support the C.A.T (the Core Action Team of Energetic Revolutionary Youth) in its operations. The C.A.T is the Core Team distributed across regions that manages various schemes of Dastaan across its working divisions.

Further, there are endless volunteers dedicated to the cause, and they are the actual players in ground.
